Our secure Patient Portal allows patients to see and modify appointments, privately message us about any questions, access your medical records, and get important updates from our team at Modern Spine.

It also allows for secure Virtual Visits for patients to reduce travel when it isn’t needed for questions or care that can be safely provided remotely.

IMPORTANT: To use the App or Patient Portal, you must be an established patient with Modern Spine (not any previous practice), and you must reach out to the office to set this up for the first time.
